pak365 Terms and Conditions — Rules for All Users

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the User") and pak365 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the pak365 website, including all products — sports betting, online slots, live casino, bingo and any related features, promotions or services available on the platform.

By accessing pak365 or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are accessing the platform voluntarily, and that you understand the nature of online betting and gaming as entertainment activities that carry financial risk. These Terms apply from the moment you first access the platform. Using the pak365 website after any update to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall framework governing your use of pak365.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create a pak365 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pak365 does not permit accounts for individuals under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not currently hold another active pak365 account. Each user is permitted one account only.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current information during registration. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth or contact information — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

pak365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until documentation is provided. Withdrawals will not be processed for unverified accounts.

Registration on pak365 is free. There is no charge to create an account and no obligation to deposit immediately after registering.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak365 login credentials, including your username and password. All activity that takes place through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that specific activity.

• Do not share your login details with any other person.
• Do not allow anyone else to use your pak365 account to place bets or access your balance.
• Use a password that is unique to pak365 and not shared with other websites or applications.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pak365 support immediately.

pak365 will never ask for your password through email, chat or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from pak365 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pak365 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time.
• Easypaisa — Telenor mobile money, instant processing.
• Raast — SBP's instant payment system for bank-to-bank transfers.
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from Pakistani bank accounts.
• Debit/Credit Cards and mobile wallets — where supported by your card issuer.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Depositing from a third-party account — whether a friend's JazzCash, a family member's Easypaisa or any other payment account that is not registered in your own name — is not permitted. pak365 reserves the right to hold or return deposits made from third-party sources and to suspend accounts where third-party funding is identified.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit. pak365 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may have their own charges that are outside our control.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from pak365 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are returned to the original deposit source where technically feasible (JazzCash withdrawal to the JazzCash account used for deposit, and so on).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before the relevant portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• pak365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal above certain thresholds, as part of our standard account verification process.
• Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers, which may take additional business days depending on your bank.

pak365 does not charge a platform-side fee on standard withdrawals. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control. If a withdrawal is declined for any reason, the funds are returned to your pak365 account balance and you will be notified of the reason.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pak365 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per user, per household and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in all bonuses being voided and the accounts being suspended.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses credited to your account must be used within the validity period stated. Expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically.
• pak365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is amended after being credited to your account, the terms at the time of crediting will apply.
• Using bets that are strategically placed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (for example, placing offsetting bets across outcomes) may be treated as bonus abuse and result in the bonus being voided.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on pak365, including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international matches, football, esports and all other sports markets available on the platform:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is confirmed only once you have received a confirmation message from the platform. Bets that were not confirmed due to technical issues are not considered valid.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed are correct at the time you view them but may change before your bet is placed, particularly in live in-play markets. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply.
• Match cancellation / abandonment: If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that match are voided and stakes are returned. For matches that begin but are abandoned before completion, settlement rules depend on how much of the match was played and the market type. Specific rules are available in the betting section of pak365.
• In-play betting: Live bets are settled based on the official result at the time of settlement. pak365 reserves the right to void in-play bets if technical issues caused a delay in odds updating that could have been exploited.
• Obvious errors: If odds are clearly displayed in error (for example, decimal odds of 100.0 on a heavy favourite), pak365 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Users should not deliberately take advantage of clearly erroneous pricing.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet and per day may apply and are stated in the betting section of the platform.

Results for cricket markets including PSL fixtures are taken from official scorecards and governing body announcements. In cases of dispute about a result, the official record of the relevant cricket board or sports authority will be used as the final reference.

8 Casino & Slots Rules

The following rules apply to all casino products on pak365, including online slots, live dealer casino games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette and others) and bingo:

• All casino games on pak365 operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer tables, real physical equipment streamed in real time. Outcomes are not influenced by pak365 or the user.
• Game results are final once the round has been settled. If a technical fault interrupts a game round before it can be settled, the hand or spin will be voided and the stake returned to your balance.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available in the game information panel within the slots section. These percentages represent the theoretical long-term return and are not a guarantee of returns in any individual session.
• Live casino tables may have minimum and maximum bet limits per hand or round. These are displayed on the table interface before you join.
• Using automated software, bots or any external tool to play casino games is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak365. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals and forfeiture of account balance:

• Registering more than one pak365 account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Depositing funds from a payment account that is not registered in your own name.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or platform glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, script or bot to interact with the platform.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other users for the purpose of exploiting bonus structures or guaranteed arbitrage.
• Any activity that pak365 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering, fraud or financial crime.
• Attempting to access parts of the platform that are not intended to be accessible to regular users.

pak365 actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with the above. Where prohibited activity is detected, pak365 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, retain the relevant balance pending investigation, and take any further steps necessary to protect the platform and its users.

10 Responsible Gaming

pak365 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. Betting and gaming on pak365 is intended as entertainment for adults. It is not a source of income and should never be used to recover financial losses. The following responsible gaming principles apply to all users:

• Only bet with money you can genuinely afford to lose — funds that are set aside for entertainment, not essential household expenses.
• Set a budget before you start and stick to it regardless of wins or losses in a session.
• Use the deposit limit tools available in your pak365 account settings to cap how much you can deposit in a given period.
• Use session time reminders to stay aware of how long you have been playing.
• If you need a break, use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings to restrict access for a period of your choosing.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

pak365 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or financial crime.
• Duplicate account detection.
• At the user's own request — accounts may be closed voluntarily at any time by contacting support.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held during that period. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance made available. Where a breach is confirmed, pak365 reserves the right to retain all or part of the balance in accordance with these Terms.

Users who wish to close their own account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool first, which restricts access while keeping the account and any remaining balance intact for when the exclusion period ends.

12 Limitation of Liability

pak365 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

• pak365 is not liable for losses caused by platform downtime during a live betting event, provided that any affected bets are handled in accordance with the rules in Section 7.
• pak365 is not liable for any losses claimed to result from a user's decision to place a bet, regardless of the information available to them at the time.
• pak365 is not liable for losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Betting and gaming carries inherent financial risk. By using pak365, you accept that risk as an informed adult making voluntary decisions about how to use your own funds.

13 Privacy & Data

pak365 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account use — including name, contact details, payment information and betting history — is used for account management, identity verification, responsible gaming monitoring and platform improvement. pak365 does not sell personal data to third parties.

14 Changes to These Terms

pak365 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified through an in-platform notice or communication to the contact details on their account. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top.

Continuing to use the pak365 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using pak365 and contact support to discuss account closure.
